wah liao.. whole body aching.! my breast so pain, oh my mama.. just wake up nia.. had a comfortable nap.. keke.. face so blur, breast so pain, leg so pain, shoulder pain..!!! haha.. today woke up at 645am.. auto wake up sia, so guai.. so took my time to prepare.. reach bus stop at 723am.. morning de bus can fly neh, normally it takes 40min to reach clementi from jurong.. but today morning only took 15min.. haha.. daryl & deneng was the early bird for today's training.. haha.. today not training lor, is torture.. my first time so tough in tagawa.. haha.. all of us is crazy.. shout & ahout & shout..! cheer & cheer & cheer.!!! haha.. if there's few more morning training i think the neighbourhood will throw things down liao.. we r realli disturbing.. but i like it.!!! haha.. *bleahz. =P "happy" after training went coffee for breakfast.? so full.! keke.. took our time, walking slowly to mrt station, then decided to play dota.. haha.. so took 184 to bukit tamah.. reach there around 12plus, end the game around 3.. haha.. played for so long sia.. haha.. =) home sweet home.. realli enjoy today's training.!!! !.TAGAWA--JIAYOU.!
